Old Forester 100 Proof Bourbon

Banana, vanilla, creme brule, caramel, brown sugar. It's my daily for a reason, and regularly beats bourbons twice its price in blinds for me.

Okay heat and flavor, mixer

Typical bourbon flavor profile - brown sugar and caramel, with a little more backbone and spice. Good for mixing, but nothing to savor.

Nose brings some smokiness and spice with maybe a hint of brown sugar. Taste you get a harsh burn right away, burnt wood, cinnamon with a slight honey taste later on...lots of hug and warmth in the finish and stays with you for awhile.

It smells of acetone and yeast, with a slight hint of honey. You can definitely taste the corn with a smooth, bitter finish.
