Old Line American Single Malt Whiskey Double Oak Series - Sherry Cask

Lots of wood, hint of vanilla, longer finish than expected

poached plums, mulled winter things, still a lot of wood

That titular ‘malt’ comes thru on the nose, along with spice and floral notes. First sip brings a sweet but almost musty flavor, that settles into cinnamon, grass, and the sherry cask seasoning.
