Tastes

Wow this is extremely smooth snd soft. Mild mild burn / spice on the way down. Very oaky and woodsy. Super super good.

Opened up this bottle after purchasing it last autumn direct from the distillery in Ontario on my Toronto trip. Definitely a good maple taste, with subtle maple syrup viscosity to the whisky. Different than anything I could find in Maryland, so glad I made this purchase and brought it back stateside.

Got some spice, notes of caramel and vanilla.

Hair on my chest. Yeah, pretty solid whiskey.

Spices, maybe some pepper, easy drinking.

Smooth, very nice Irish whiskey.

Buttery, no oak influence (obviously) but very nice.

Pretty awesome whiskey, soft and delicate. Goes well with white chocolate.

Great nose, fruity, dry finish.
