Old Man Winter Bourbon is a blended bourbon release from Preservation Distillery featuring some of the first wheated bourbon distillate from the distillery. Included in the blend are vintage stocks of bourbon barrels from Kentucky and Indiana.
Like other American whiskeys released by Preservation, this was produced in extremely small batches of 1-3 barrels. Released August 2023 in limited quantities.
