Old Nick Williams Bourbon Whiskey

This straight bourbon begins with notes of sweet corn and caramel on the nose. Oak comes through solidly on the palate alongside the corn and caramel, with a mild nuttiness present here and there. The palate also has a buttery texture that disappears on the finish, which is dominated by oak and hints of caramel.
