Barrel #03E (The Wine and Cheese Place) Proof 107 228 bottles produced Aged 3 Years 10 months Balanced spice. Minimal heat for 107°. Good flavor.

Advent Calendar blind Day 24: Light yellow, prob younger (3yr). Taste has a sharp, spicy rye note, hint of fruit, grain and barrel riding underneath. Not bad. “Warm Apple Pie” pick.

Vanilla caramel nose. Bit of a burn until it opens up. Mellowed with a drop of water. Nice hug. Spice from the rye, but no caraway

Nose has almost a honeysuckle aroma. Nice rye warming hug without a sharp burn.
