Nose: Sweet and intense aromas of Carmel, toasted butterscotch and some alcohol. Warm.
Palate: Yum. Deep flavors of vanilla, honey, and oak with a great mouthfeel lacking in other younger bourbons. Finishes sweet with a slight punch of alcohol to round itself off.
Finish: Lingering mouthfeel of warmth and happiness. Subtle notes of oak come around in the end.
