Tasting Notes
"The nose gets started with brown sugar and cinnamon, and also features vanilla pudding and fresh baked wheat bread. The palate is rich and chewy, and lacks any deterring heat even at its lofty proof, with notes of oak, peppery spice, and citrus zest. The finish is lengthy, with caramel, barrel char, sour cherries, candied orange slices, and leather."
