Tasting Notes
"Beginning with a sour, dry tobacco odor, the Oloroso cask comes through quickly after with distinctive apricot. The whiskey itself is hotter than expected but the heat doesn't last long. Nutty and sweet, the apricot doesn't come through quite like it did on the nose. Instead, a grilled tropical fruit flavor takes its place. A touch of water brings out corn and more sugar."
