Oregon Spirit Straight American Bourbon

Not great by any stretch of the imagination. Weird taste.

Maple syrup nose & mouth, floral and vanilla body, buttery mouth, peppery round finish

A bit “raw” tasting at 4 yrs. Can taste the alcohol like it still needs time to mature. Tough to drink neat.

Nose: Earthy with fresh fruit. Vanilla & caramel notes. Slight alcohol burn. Palate: Nice sweet heat. Subtle earthiness, combined with the same nose notes. Finish: Long with notes of pepper and earth. An almost high rye-like finish. Thoughts: Not bad at all. Nothing to really ride home about either though.

Decent, but there is definitely an odd flavor on the finish
