Oregon Spirit Straight American Bourbon

Nose of leather horse saddle, fancy, raisins, and a little tobacco. Taste of Oak, a little musty, and mushroom. Finish is pungent, and peppery, I would not buy again.

Nose is fruity and pleasant. No real alcohol smell. Taste is peppery and rye dominant with no discernable alcohol burn.

Ok. Not for the price though. It’s good. Pretty smooth a little fruity and not too much bite.

Nice nose for the proof, lots of fruit and vanilla. Rye notes, mint and cinnamon on the palate, some black pepper comes in on the short-medium palate. Pleasantly surprised by this one

Nose - cinnamon and caramel. Bit of a bite. Pretty strong finish with some burn.

Impressive for a 4 year. It’s got an interesting feel and spice without a ton of hug.
