Oregon Spirit Straight American Bourbon

Nose - caramel and cinnamon, some light nuttiness, slightly floral and a bit of creamy butter Palette - sweet corn, vanilla, some citrus, a bit sharp and some barrel spices Finish - short and a bit sharp, some sweetness and mild burn

Decent and well-rounded with a little bit of heat. Doesn’t have the panache that makes it stand out compared to others.

It’s fine, a little spicier than I like.

Pleasantly warming but a little boring
