Ozeki Junmai Sake

12: This is thoroughly drinkable. It tastes better than Sho Chiku Bai with the nice fruitiness and a bit more complexity. It's not amazing, but I'll drink it and be happy. It's definitely not a 13, but it is definitely an 11 or 12. It's richer than Gekkeikan Black And Gold, though the finish is a bit less enjoyable perhaps. The complexities are comparable.

This is far from amazing sake, but it's drinkable. It's brighter than Sho Chiku Bai Junmai but is comparably sweet despite its tarter profile. There's some the tropical fruits in this are nice, giving it a bit more interest than Sho Chiku Bai Junmai, but the two are comparable in overall quality due to the lack of richness in this. There's some hints of polished rich in here too.
