Decent flavor and finish, pretty smooth

On the nose there is chilli, green apples, green peppers, wood spice and agave. The arrival is aniseed and pears and more chilli, with a sweet and creamy development followed by a dry and refreshing finish. This is besutiful stuff. Dont waste it in a cocktail!
