Founded by Dr. Pearse Lyons (1944-2018), the Pearse Lyons Distillery, est. 2017, is based in The Liberties area in central Dublin.
The Original Irish Whiskey contains some of their own malt whiskey that was distilled on the stills now in place at the Dublin distillery. A blend, this whiskey was aged between 3-5 years in former bourbon barrels. .
