Following an initial limited edition release in 2020, Kentucky Peerless has added this Absinthe Finished Rye to its portfolio in October 2022.
The rye is exposed to two separate casks to allow for two full barrel extractions.

RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.
