Peerless Single Barrel Rye Finished in Copper & Kings Absinthe Barrels

On the nose: strong licorice with notes of vanilla On the palette: strong, strong licorice followed by rye spices and a touch of heat that lends itself to a nice finish Overall an absolutely incredible bottle. The absinthe finish is strong but it adds to the complexity of the pour. If you get a chance to try it, absolutely do.

Unique. Light black licorice flavor, but not too over powering.

Black licorice and spice on the nose really come through on thr pallette. The finish lingers.
