Fruit on the nose; spice on the back end, but very quick

I actually like this more than the people I’m tasting with. It’s not overwhelming spice and sweet. It certainly is a little spicy and sweet but also some cereal, caramel, and apricot come through. It’s not bad at all.

I love the flavors, and this is an amazing bourbon. My only “knock” is there is a lot of burn for low proof.

A nice spice with fruit on the palate and the nose. A pleasant nose.
