Nose: light sweetness of caramel/vanilla, very subtle oak Taste: sweet cheery/vanilla on the tongue and rolls into rye Nose: light cherry/vanilla/rye, possible smokiness in the after taste

Nose: tart cherry and caramel, very heavy and sweet, good pop of vanilla Taste: warming oak with a nice cherry and spice. Relatively straight forward Finish: moderate, light finish with a slight tannin bitterness

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, tart cherry/sour apple, bits of toffee Palette: Soft sweetness throughout with a more bitter oak through, cherry and lite rye throughout Finish: A soft finish of the oak with cherry lingerings

A really classic taste and feel. Not overly sweet or savory. V sippable.
