Penelope Barrel Strength Bourbon (Batch 9)

Very light sipper - Candied caramel and toast come to mind with a hint of almond and butter. Beautiful flavor at this proof point (115.6). Enjoyed this a lot, but not as good as Elijiah Craig BP or Larceny BP

Graham crackers, cinnamon and chocolate. Awesome.

Cherry and sweet with barrel spice and a long finish. Really good bottle. Batch #9

A lot of heat but good flavor. A little fruit and cherry in the back. #adventcalendar
