Penelope Toasted Barrel Strength Bourbon

Toasty and buttery forsure. Stingy aftertaste but somewhat enjoyable. Really good taste, little hurn going down but it is 110 proof.

Butterscotch most prevalent note both on nose and palate. Some tannic astringency on the finish.

Wonderfully sweet and spicy. The toast doesn’t mask the complex nature of the bourbon. Still hints of cherry and caramel.
