Penelope Toasted Barrel Strength Bourbon

Rather harsh and ethanol forward which is to be expected of a higher proof, but still seems excessive. Fairly sweet and not overly smoky or charred. It’s a nice balanced flavor profile. Pretty straight forward and not overly complex.

Very smooth. Nice sweetness hints of soft vanilla nice burn with good lasting taste
