This release is one of three whiskeys to debut in Penelope's new Estate Collection which features limited edition whiskeys. This bottling consists of 10 year-old single barrels of straight bourbon selected from various warehouses and floors. There will be two different mash bill recipes released: Single Barrel 21% (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) bottled at 98 proof and Single Barrel 36% (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley) bottled at 105 proof.
US availability begins in October 2024 with SB 21% released only to open states and SB 36% released to control states. (SRP $89.99).
