Pikesville Straight Rye

Quick Hit Review: Seattle Marriott hotel bar. Off memory - rich, full-bodied & flavorful rye. Not overwhelming spice but you can tell it’s there. Also makes a pretty good old-fashioned. Will revisit after I open my bottle.

Spicy and smooth

Very spicy

This is a vanilla bomb, which i did not expect from a Rye at all. ITS DELICIOUS. it’s a very sweet rye with some Graham Cracker on the nose and palate, it’s spicy but not as hot as you would expect for 110 proof. It’s very complex but the most forward notes i get are vanilla, graham cracker, spice, corn. Definitely buy if you’re looking for something fresh.
