Pinckney Bend Hibiscus Gin

A great variation of their traditional gin, the hibiscus adds a complimentary note to their gin recipe. The addition makes this a great gin for mixing, adding to a more neutral mixer like club soda or lime sparkling water makes for a hassle-free gin drink. However, very harsh alcohol on the nose and palate makes it difficult to drink neat.
