Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon

Delightfully sweet. Could have been a tad smoother but it’s well balanced.

Really light, not too much in the way of flavor that stands out besides dessert-y vanilla and caramel. Lacking any oak-forwardness. Fans of young bourbon might enjoy.

Nose: somewhat muted with fruit notes of apples and pears along with some buttered popcorn and vanilla Palate: immediate notes of butterscotch and vanillla with some pleasant oak spice coming towards the back Finish: short to medium with mostly spice and tiny amount of fruit from the nose

Pretty right down the middle with no extrordinary taste or finish

Wasn’t expecting much but this was pretty decent.
