Plantation Barbados Grande Reserve
This expression is composed of different sourced molasses-based rums from Barbados, which were distilled in a combination of pot and column stills. The rums are initially matured in ex-bourbon casks for 1 to 3 years in the Caribbean, then spends a year in Southwest France in used French oak, ex-Ferrand cognac casks.
It contains a dosage of 16g/L of sugar that is added before bottling at 40% ABV. .
