Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum is a 100% Barbadian rum made with locally sourced coconut. The white flesh is cut and dried before infusing in Barbados rum with one coconut used per 1L of rum. Formerly known as Plantation, the brand name was updated to Planteray to pay homage to the sugarcane plant and the rays of the sun which help the plant to ripen and grow.
Launching in January 2024, Cut & Dry is the first release under the new name. Available in the US, UK, France and the Caribbean. (SRP $35).

Tasting Notes
"The nose is a mix of butter rum Life Savers and freshly baked coconut cream pie (pastry and all) with a bit of vanilla cream. The palate is less sweet than the nose would indicate, with medium-sweet fresh coconut flavors, mixing with brown sugar, papaya, mango, and oaky spice from the rum. There is a good balance of rum to coconut, with rum flavors taking up the majority of the flavor profile, coconut-vanilla flavors drifting into the finish. "
