Tasting Notes
"The nose on this 33 year old Islay will be irresistibly enticing for peated scotch fans, with a strong phenolic character and a whiff of grain. On the palate it brings notes of toffee, pear, honey, and of course a healthy dose of peat. The whiskey delivers a surprisingly fruity character for having spent so long in oak. It's a wonderful barrel selection, and sure to be a treat for Islay whisky lovers."
