Tasting Notes
"Quite a Christmas-y nose with sweet spices, chai latte, vanilla cookies, cloves, candied apples, cooked orchard fruits and a gentle underlying smokiness. The palate is beautifully complex and shows more medicinal notes (cough syrup?), but also some malty aromas, toasted bread, herbal/floral hints, cupcake frosting, burnt caramel and apricot jam. A real feast for the palate with a lingering smoky aftermath. "
