"Port Chilkoot pours with a deep amber color and a grainy nose. The initial taste is smooth and sweet, fading to a slightly tannic finish and lingering notes of vanilla and stone fruit. It's an easy-drinking whiskey, and a good entrance into the category from a new distillery."
