Porter's Gin
London Dry Gin
Scotland
Porter's Gin is the first gin to be produced in Aberdeen in 100 years. It was created by three friends who wanted to create their own premium gin. They named their gin after Aberdeen University professor Andrew Porter, who was able to obtain a rotary evaporator still for them, making it easier to distill more delicate botanicals.
This gin with 100% British wheat grain spirit and 12 botanicals: juniper, angelica, almond, coriander, licorice, lemon, orange, buddha's hand, pink peppercorn, orris root, cassia bark and cinnamon. After the botanicals have been macerated, the gin is distilled and bottled at 41.5% ABV.
