Powers Gold Label

I am tasting vanilla/honey/spice. There is some oily character to the whiskey, but really it's a thin flavor throughout. I think it's OK for what it is, especially at the proof point, but if you want something this thin I would buy a Japanese whiskey instead.

Nose: Floral and butter biscuits Taste: nice, smooth easy drinking. Hints of soar dough bread.

Juicy pear all day long. Crushable and sweet for a hot summer day.

Strong bottle with smells of oak, vanilla and butter. The first taste packed a lot in. I tasted some orange (zest like) , rich licorice and toffee. Strong heat but tempers off fast with solid finish
