Reviewed August 26, 2014 (edited July 10, 2017)I'm loving the single pot stills and this particular iteration was done really well. Oloroso sherry casks always do their part in creating a rich whiskey and it really comes through with this one. Relative to most "$$" Irish Whiskey's, 4 stars may be shorting this one
