Tasting Notes
"An almost transparent Caol Ila, very naked and spirit-driven. The nose gives us candied banana with a peaty punch and wood smoke. Some wet rocks too. Fresh, inviting, but not overly complex. The palate is fairly sweet with plenty of sugar barley, but also a good amount of peat smoke. Just a whisper cotton candy. "
