Until now, I haven't really had many I cared for (I've admittedly tried very few white rums). The two Clairin I've had didn't impress me (they weren't bad, just not my cup of tea). After trying this, I have to wonder if it's because all of the white rums I've tried have also been lower proof than I care for, or because this is just exceptional.
