Puncher's Chance // Tennessee, USA
Puncher's Chance is a whiskey brand under the portfolio of independent producer Wolf's Spirit Distillery which is based in Oregon. The D12tance is a straight Tennessee bourbon made with a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley.

Tasting Notes
"Syrupy canned fruits appear first on the nose, along with a combination of nutty and jammy notes akin to a crunchy peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The palate offers maple syrup, barrel char, raspberries, black pepper, and dried fruits including prunes and apricots. The finish is moderate in length, showcasing grape jelly, tropical bubble gum, leather, and astringent oak."
