London Dry Gin
The Greenall's Distillery, established by the Greenall family is the oldest continuously operating London Dry Gin distillery, making gin since 1761. This expression, released in 2003, uses a recipe originally used by the Greenall family for their own private gin reserves. It's made with a neutral grain spirit that is distilled three times. Seven different botanicals - juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, cubeb berries, lavender, lime oil, and lotus leaves - are then infused with the gin through two additional distillations. This gin is bottled at 40% ABV.
