Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin

Lemon forward, strong botanicals, rye spices. Surprisingly good.

The description indicated honey suckle. Was very smooth and less bitter than most gins i have tried.

I’m not a gin guy, but Alex at Rabbit Hole’s Overlook bar recommended I add this to my bourbon and rye flight, and I’m glad I did. It’s amazing. There’s a strong note of lemon or lime, and the juniper is thankfully subdued. The barrel-aging makes it smooth and sweet, resulting in a strong key lime pie aroma and flavor. It would be a shame to use it in a cocktail since it’s so delicious neat.
