Rabbit Hole Boxergrail Kentucky Straight Rye

Grassy, floral aroma. Spicy and sweet

Don’t get much of a nose from this. Rye spice note on the palate and finish. Probably would make a nice cocktail.

A- mid tone amber, looks a bit oily S- acetone, pepper, with some smoky tobacco. T- spicy butterscotch. Garden pepper. Peppery rye in the back end. Spice lingers for a long time with some strong wood showing up late.. M- medium O- this one takes a moment to open up. Starts sweet hot, then pepper hot. Then woody hot. The rye spice definitely takes everything over. I enjoy the aftertaste but the ride itself is a bit mangled. It definitely goes through stages on the way out. Fits the Rye bill.
