Inital flavor is white grape/frosting. Nice rye sweetness kinda a musty lemongrass. Mid brings some orange, finish is elite sweet leather/tobacco oak. Lingers with a heavy semi dry finish. Color- light gold. Nose-sweet grain, hops more hops! mild grapefruit. A bit of raisin. Palate- light sweet honey covered in fresh bright floral hops. Sweet cereal grains. Long sweet hoppy finish. Theres a bit of oak on the mid to back end, you kinda gotta look for it though. 0verall- strange. This is no bourbon. Ths single malt grain is sweet and clean, which meshes well with the bright floral hops. Its enjoyable and lingers forever. If you like hoppy beer you'll probably like this. If your strictly a bourbon drinker maybe not.4000.0 USD per Bottle

A- light copper, sticky legs. N-sweet funk. I get licorice, juicyfruit gum, mint some faint caramel, vanilla, clove. P- lots of flavor, balanced. Sweet peach rings up front with some pepper spice. Sweet caramel throughout. Sweet wood. Finish is semi-dry and the caramel and spice linger a bit. A hint of the sweet wood lingers the longest. 0- I enjoyed this quite a bit. Its a confusing ride. Guess thats complexity. It takes time to parce through the flavors, their a bit mashed up . Its got a fantastic caramel bourbon note, also a fantastic rye sweet and spicy thing.40.0 USD per Bottle

Nose- leather and oak. Maybe a burnt marshmallow. Palate- sweet walnuts and oak lead the way. Some subtle vanilla and leather. A bit of fig, and spice at the back end. Finishes dry buy heavy, leathery oak and an earthiness. Overall- enjoyable. If your into full body oaky its a gem. The finish is unique, lingering but not quite sweet enough. *3rd bottle will buy when I can!

2XO Oak Series White Oak Rye
Rye — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 5, 2025 (edited December 31, 2025)A- Dark amber to copper color, thin legs. N- spicy caramel, subtle sweet oak, candied fruit. P- creamy sweet and spicy caramel popcorn. Some super light well balanced fruit and baking spice. Finishes with fresh apples drenched in butter. Long enjoyable finish. A bit of tame sweet leather/tobacco. B- creamy throughout, finishes semi dry but makes your mouth water. O- This may be the best 2XO yet. No crazy bells and whistles but, complex enough. The balance is second to none. Sweet and Spice, and then sweet again is how this goes. Excellent!! -
Nose- smells like gummie candy, cherry, apple. A hint of char if you search. Some cherry licorice. Palate- spicy apple cider upfront, quickly fading to a cherry licorice. The spice continues throughout fading throughout. Finish is relatively quick and a tad dry. Overall- I had to try this as it was on sale for $10, nothing super special, but also nothing to complain about at price not sure I'd go back to it but wouldn't be mad at it either. Pretty good for what it is!

Nose- leather and black pepper. Black cherry undertones, a bit musty. Palate-medium body, flavor follows nose, a smooth cherry leather. A bit of spice(quite a bit for Canadians) caramel/vanilla mix with the spice well. Finish brings a bit of drying oak in a very pleasant way. Could be a bit flat if looking for a big finish. A fantastic experience. Super easy drinker with lots going on.

Appearance- medium amber legs for days should be a bit oily. Nose- light caramel, root beer/cherry cola, vanilla, some sweet tobacco. A bubblegum minty herbalness. A lot going on here. Palate- Sweet juicyfruit cherry vanilla up front. followed by spicy(rye) cola. Some nice wood notes in the mid. Ending with a banana nut bread/ sugared pecan finish. Overall- I could smell this all day. Beautiful. The flavors are delicate, and pleasing. There may be a few flavors clashing at times but this is a bit of a ride. Definitely can pick out each mashbill at different times. Finish is medium. A tad strange.50.0 USD per Bottle
