Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Good but not $57 a bottle good. It’s a four grain mashbill and has about 10% wheat in it, which some will like. Not my favorite but it adds some spiciness. The bourbon is 95 proof, so a bit hot but not overly so. It opens up and becomes more nuanced with a rock. There are better options for the money.

Nose: Bready, Notes: enjoyable opening with a hint of spice, honey suckle end Finish: Pleasant full tongue tingling, no sides, long finish
