Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Pretty delicate. There is some grain presence there with some light maltiness. Very faint finish. A safe option for a flagship option for a brand.

Slight tingly burn and aftertaste. Very smooth.

A decent bourbon to be sure, but maybe a little overpriced. The nose gave off maple and oatmeal bread. The palate was full of spicy cinnamon. The lingering finish brought more peppery spice and a touch of smoky vanilla.
