Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Tasting neat: Nose is delicious and presents lush honey and rich, bright custard with subtle leather underneath. Palate offers toffee and woody-vanilla custard, with tons of wood spice. Finish is long with the right balance of sweet and heat, with more vanilla honey and some barrel spice.

Clean finish and just the right amount of sweetness.

Slight corn, vanilla, hint woody, sweet, a bit lacking of spice, overall mild finish.

Caramel vanilla and a tiny hint of chocolate! Great finish!

This bourbon is not worth the price tag in my eyes. I’d rather buy new riff they at least age their bourbon for four years
