Starlino is the first release in Rabbit Hole's Distillery Series. It's a Kentucky straight rye (95% rye, 5% malted barley) which is finished for six months in Hotel Starlino Rosso Vermouth. That vermouth was made from a blend of trebbiano and Marsala wines infused with botanicals and rested in ex-bourbon barrels for 6 months.
Those barrels were shipped to Rabbit Hole for the rye finishing. This is bottled at cask strength and only available at the distillery as of February 2022. Only 2112 375ml sized bottles produced.

RyeRye produced in the US must be made of at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels (no age requirement). Elsewhere, it will be made according to the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.
