The Fontvieille is named for their oldest plantation of vineyards on the estate and the cognac is comprised from three grapes: 60% ugni blanc and 40% folle blanche and colombard.

"The barrel spices really come through on the aroma with the fruit being on the more rich and dark side and less fresh and bright. Dark honey is detected almost immediately on the tongue before the rush to the finish happens with a robust, spice-filled taste."
