Reviewed March 22, 2023 (edited March 23, 2023)From OOLA Distillery in Seattle. $23 in Washington state. Tasted neat and in a G&T. Light floral and citrus nose, with little juniper or spice and no ethanol. Thin legs in the glass. And that's the flavor in the mouth--light, watery (really watery!), floral sweet, very little juniper or pine at all, no spice or depth, not even much citrus or berry flavor from the huckleberry. Thin, sweet, bland. No mouthfeel and no finish to speak of--just light and GONE. Really disappointed. If you're looking for a gin with no flavor or character of its own (usually known as "vodka" 😄), this is it. 80 proof but drinks like 20 proof. Adds nothing in a G&T--just bland. Hate being so negative. Raaaaai--neeeeeer--giiiiiiiiiiin! Raaaaai--neeeeeer--beeeeeeer! Had to do that for those of you who remember the old Rainier beer advertising campaign from the 1970-80s. https://www.spokesman.com/stories/2018/may/20/raiiiiii-nieeeeeer-beeeeeer-rainiers-vintage-tv-ad/23.0 USD per Bottle
