Ramazzotti Amaro

For the price a great amaro almost like a fancy amaro khalua. Anise and licorice and light cinnamon flavors contrast nicely with sugar syrup. Smooth for 30%. Not too bitter. Good on the rocks or maybe with a whiskey cocktail

A very good place to start to get a feel for Amari. Dark chocolate, Tabacco, herbs, spices. Great on the rocks after dinner

1.29.21 Served: Neat Bottle open: <1 Year Aroma: Orange peel, coca-cola, lemon peel. Taste: Starts as bay leaf and sweet bell pepper. Mids as cola and Dr Pepper. Finishes as black pepper and celery.
