Tasting Notes
"The aroma is full of freshly-cut apples, vanilla and caramel with a little char smoke. The whiskey is medium full on the palate with a little oil slick mouthfeel. The taste is sweet tart with barrel spices throughout the taste. The corn component stands out on the palate. Lots of vanilla on the finish. Simple and straightforward. Would use as a mixer for a daily dram."
