Rebecca Creek Fine Texas Spirit Whiskey

Smells of heavy vanilla. Light flavor where the vanilla is less strong than the sent but still present and includes a bit of wood spice. Finish is short and smooth.

On the nose cherry, a little apple with cinnamon..... On the pallet very friendly, cinnamon, very slight spice

The tasting notes in the description hit this head on. Vanillay and light. Nothing Impressive

Visited tasting room a few weeks ago and had a flight of beverages. All good. Later found bottles at local store and confirmed Rebecca Creek is smooth.

Fairly warm and sweet up front with hardly any burn throughout. Tastes what I would think the color amber should taste like and has mild earthy and fruity notes.
